9/01/2023, Monday

        Today I reached at 9 am and reported. After that I had classes at 8C on the second hour. In the middle of the class there is an announcement for the students to assemble in the school auditorium. There is a programme in collaboration with the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) . It is envisioned to provide safe and adequate drinking water through individual Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTCs) by 2024 to all households in rural India. It was conducted by Department of Kerala Water Authority, govt of India. The programme was Kitti show presented by Sri. Vinod Naranattu. It was really a funny and informative session. All of them enjoyed it very well. The presenter involves students and teachers in his funny talks with the little monkey 'Kitti' on his shoulder. It was really a great experience. 
           After the interval l went to 8C on the 3rd and 4th period. I taught them about the factors affecting the natural frequency through different experiments. Each factor is demonstrated and explained them. Then l gave them notes and cleared their doubts. Some of them who were absent in the previous class, approached me and l repeated the class. 
            After the lunch break l went to 8B on the 5th and 6th  hour. I taught them about the chapter 'Sound' and provide some activities for them. I managed the class with some effort. 
            We left the school at 3:45 pm.


10/01/2023, Tuesday

       Today I reached the school at 9 am and reported. Then l had class at 8D on the fourth period. I took the topic natural frequency by demonstrating simple pendulum. They responded well. Today there were teacher from Metca Institute of Teacher Education for their observation in Natural Science optional. 
        At 12:20 pm, midday meal was served. After lunch we signed the register. There were PTA meetings for the 10 th standard in afternoon. So most of the teachers were busy there. I went to 8D on the fifth and sixth period. They were well behaved and solved the problems l gave to them. I handled the class. Then l corrected and checked the notebooks of 8C and handed over it to them. We planned to conduct an activity in the school for making useful products from waste materials. But we are not able to inform it to the HM as she was not there. So we postponed it to the next day to ask the permission. 
            We left the school at 3:30 pm after National Anthem.



11/01/2023, Wednesday

         Today I reached the school at 9 am and reported. I had class at 8D for the 3 rd and 4 th period. I showed some experiments and taught them. They were really co-operating and attentive. 
         At 12:20 pm we served the mid day meal. Today there is a PTA meeting for the 8th standard students. I copied the videos of coming classes in their class laptops. We spend some time together along with Metca student teachers. There is a bubble liquid bottle and we bubbled it. It was fun together. 
        Then l had to take classes on 9F for the 6th and 7 th period. After that school was dispersed at 3:00 pm. 
        We left the school at 3:45 pm



12/01/2023, Thursday

         Today I reached the school at 9 am and reported. Then l had to take classes on  9A for the 2nd period and taught them wave motion. Then l went to 9E for the  3rd period after the interval. I showed some experiments and wave motion is taught there. I went to 8C for the fourth period and taught them the chapter 'Sound' with some experiments. 
           At 12:20pm we served the mid day meal. Then after signing the register we went to our classes. I had to take classes on 9E for the sixth period and I continued the class. I gave them activities and they completed it. Some of them were also asked to solve in the blackboard. On the 7th and 8 th period l taught on 9B.
        Today the 10th standard student's were going for the trip and so there we witnessed them with laggages and bags. Each of the classes were line up in the auditorium and the teachers were also there with them. Both of my subject teachers went to the trip. 
       We left the school at 3:45 pm after National Anthem



13/01/2023, Friday

          Today l reached the school at 9am and reported. Then Rani tr from our college SNTC Nedunganda  reached the school at 10 am for our observation. Then we had to make class adjustments in a hurry. So l went to Jesna from Metca for adjusting the period. There was a little time to make adjustments and so l exchange the periods and take the second period. Then l, Rakhi and Ganga went to classes and Ranu tr went along with us. I take classes on 9E about 'Transverse and Longitudinal waves'. I showed the experiment of slinky to demonstrate the longitudinal wave. I compared the two waves with the previous class experiment of transverse wave. I was able to deliver all content in a meaningful and satisfactory way. 
         At 12:20pm we served the midday meal. I had to take class at 9D on the 4th hr and then for the 5th hr also. I taught them wave motion. I went to 9B for the 6th hr and taught them the same. Then the school was dispersed at 3:00pm.
         We left the school at 3:45pm.

6/02/2023, Monday             Today l reached the school at 9 am and reported. I had classes at 8C for the 2nd period and l conducted diagnostic test there on the topic 'Limits of audibility' on the chapter Sound. There were 28 students present in the class and all are attended the test. Then during the 3rd period l went to 8D and taught them capacitor portion of static electricity. After that l had to take classes at 9F on the 3rd period and taught them wave motion.        At 12:20 pm we went to mess hall for the mid day meal and served the food. Then we had food and signed the register. After that l went to 8C for the 5th and 6th period and completed the chapter static electricity. 4th SEMESTER SCHOOL INDUCTION 14/06/2023-16/06/2023

14/06/2023, Wednesday         It was the first day of our school induction programme in 4th sem at GHSS Palayamkunnu. Today we 15 student teachers from SNTC Nedunganda started the journey. I reached the school at 9:00 am. We signed the register. They allotted us a room to stay which is the previous library near the school office. We arranged bench and desks there. There was already student teachers from METCA along with us. They are already familiar with some of us in the previous internship.            Today there was an assembly conducted by XA in the school auditorium. We have also joined with them in the assembly. At 9:30 am assembly started with the prayer. It was the first assembly in the new academic year. 10/7/2023- 14/7/2023

10/ 7/2023 ,Monday Today I reached the school at 9 am and reported. As per the time table l had no classes today. I had substitution class at 6B on the  2 nd hr. I managed the class. It was fun to spend time with them. They were curious to participate in group activities. We played a game based on English vocabulary teamwise. As the game progresses they were very active and sudden responses were came from them. The scores of the team motivates them to find more words from their memory. It was fun and informative. They can recollect and insert new words into the memory.  Class experiences I had to take class at 9C on the 3rd and 4th hr. I taught them the chapter "Forces in fluids" on the topic "viscosity".My class was observed by my physics teacher Susha in the school. I used the technique of Think-Pair- Share to teach them.
